Andrea L. Dicks

Partner / Attorney

Andrea focuses her practice on bringing practical solutions to GES clients. She is tuned to the dynamic set of circumstances that bring parties to a transaction together, so that she can advocate for and advise her clients from the very first step of the transaction through to closing. Over the course of her career, she has represented title companies, developers, builders, lenders, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Andrea currently serves on the Client Advisory Council for Bank of America, where she meets with other members to discuss economic changes and new fraud protection measures. She is also a member of the Infraguard, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and members of the private sector for the protection of U.S.Critical Infrastructure.

Andrea is married to Robert, her college sweetheart, and together they are raising two rambunctious sons, Noah and Zander, and their sweet baby girl, Charlie.

Matt Neal

Matt is responsible for building long-term relationships with the key clients of Global Escrow Solutions. Originally from Australia, for the past 30+ years Matt has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry–brokerage, development, construction and escrow– both domestically and internationally. Matt lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and 2 children.

Heather Arnold

Partner / Escrow Administrator

Heather began her professional career in marketing and project management before moving into escrow. She brings a very high level of organization and efficiency to her escrow transactions and aims to always be one step ahead of any potential problems so that they can be addressed quickly. If you can’t get ahold of Heather, she may be on the beach watching a sunset, drink in hand and toes in the sand. Having raised two amazing sons, she learned early in life to be super organized, flexible and approach life and work with straightforward honesty and a smart sense of humor.

Heather’s coworkers and clients appreciate her thorough knowledge–she knows her stuff!–and if you are lucky she may impart some of her wisdom on you as well. Either way, you will walk away with a new understanding of our escrow services or about yourself. PS: She lives in flip-flops all year long and keeps it Breezy!

Cinthya Ramirez

Escrow Assistant

Though Cinthya was raised in Austin, Texas, she was born in Mexico City, Mexico. The deep connection to her birth country and its language has served her well in becoming an indispensable member of the Global Escrow Solutions team.

While not acting as an international intermediary, Cinthya stays busy with her role as the eldest of four siblings. When the Texas heat permits, she tries not to miss an opportunity to walk with her dogs around downtown Austin or the city’s many trails throughout the greenbelt. She is voracious viewer of documentaries but is especially drawn to True Crime stories in all mediums.

Stephany Reed

Technical and Digital Operations

Like Heather, Stephany began in marketing and project management. From there, she went on to establish an expertise leading high-profile projects in the area of website and application development, eventually running agency departments at the executive level. Fast forward to today, Stephany acts a director of Technical and Digital Operations at Global Escrow Solutions, which is a fancy way to say that if it involves anything on a phone, tablet, or computer–she probably has her hand in it. Starting Fall of 2023, she will be driving the machine that is our proprietary GEMS portal and is available for any of your questions. When not working, Stephany enjoys curating vintage clothing and furniture, spending time with family, and being outdoors.
